About the party bus
This spacious bus is a nightclub on wheels! With a dance floor and pole, it comes to life with our laser lights and disco ball. Relax on our luxury couch-style seats and bop your heads to our thumping sound system. As a BYO tour, you are welcome to bring your drinks. We supply an esky stocked with ice.
Tour details
A full day of bar and pub crawling lasts four hours and costs $1800. The bus carries up to 28 people, roughly equaling $65 per person.
Starting times are:
- 11 am – 3 pm
- 5 pm – 9 pm.
Costs
- A $500 cash bond and a signed waiver are also required on the day to cover any potential damages and excess cleaning costs (Remember that this money is fully refundable, assuming the bus is in good condition).
- There is a $500 extra cost for Whitsundays.
- $500 for custom pickups.
- $450 per hour if you need the bus longer after four hours.

Arrival time
Please arrive 15 minutes early with your drinks to fill the 90L Esky with your favourite beverages that are full of ice (already provided). Have your Spotify PUBLIC playlist ready with. Otherwise, Timmy Tours will play their tunes.
Customise your tour:
You have the freedom to choose your own time at pubs, depending on the venue’s vibe.
If you want to stay on time, 25 per venue is estimated, and boarding and departing are calculated.
*The tour is four hours unless extra hours have been booked.
We highly recommend booking early, as the tour dates are filling up fast.
